Pile arrangement system suitable for soft mud bottom material Technical Field The present invention belongs to the technical field of aquaculture raft frame devices, and relates to a pile arrangement system suitable for a soft mud bottom material.
Background Art China has vast sea areas and abundant seawater resources.
There are four large sea areas, including the Bohai Sea, the Yellow Sea, the East China Sea, and the South China Sea, with a total area of 4.73 million km , of which the seawater aquaculture area is 2600.11 km . Marine resources provide mankind with abundant marine food and medicine, provide rich nutrition and delicious taste, bring about economic benefits, and promote the development of the marine industry of China.
The reasonable and sustainable development of marine resources is of great significance to accelerating the rapid development of the national economy of China.
The basic definition of raft culture refers to a culture method in which a floating raft composed of floats and ropes is used on the water surface of shallow sea and is fixed on the seabed with cables, such that the seedlings of seaweeds (such as kelp and laver) and sessile animals (such as mussels) are attached on hanging ropes and suspended on the floating raft.
Piles of raft culture are mostly made of wood or bamboo.
Due to the strong corrosiveness of seawater, traditional wooden or bamboo piles will be severely corroded if soaked in sea water for a long time, resulting in a short service life.
In order to ensure the normal culture function of raft culture, the traditional wooden or bamboo supports need to be replaced regularly, which not only increases the culture cost, but also increases the labor intensity of the culture. In addition, the traditional wooden or bamboo supports are easy to breed bacteria and pests in the culture environment, which affects the normal growth of aquaculture. In a soft mud bottom material, since the soft mud has strong settlement and is difficult to bear force, the traditional wooden or cement piles are easy to pull up and cannot fix the raft frames above. Thus, there 1s no suitable method for fixing raft frames in a soft mud bottom material.
Summary of the Invention The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pile arrangement system suitable for a soft mud bottom material. The technical solution used in the present invention is: comprising a pile and a piling system, wherein the pile comprises a circular tube provided with four layers of arc-shaped circular sheets, each layer including three circular sheets, the plane of a blade of the circular sheet being perpendicular to the circular tube, and the circular sheet blades being connected and fixed to the circular tube by means of reinforcing steel bars; and the piling system is divided into three sections, in which the upper section is a hollow circular iron tube, the middle section is a hollow thick iron tube, and the lower section is a hollow long iron rod, high- pressure water being sprayed from the piling system to impact the bottom sediment to accelerate the driving of iron piles. Further, the pile and the piling system are both made of an iron material. Brief Description of the Drawings Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a pile; and Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a piling system.
Detailed Description of Embodiments The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with a specific embodiment.
The present invention discloses a pile arrangement system suitable for a soft mud bottom material, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the pile arrangement system comprising a pile and a piling system. The pile and the piling system are both made of an iron material. The pile comprises a circular iron tube provided with four layers of arc-shaped circular sheets, each layer including three circular sheets, the plane of a blade of the circular sheet being perpendicular to the circular tube, and the circular sheet blades being connected and fixed to the circular tube by means of reinforcing steel bars.
The advantages of the pile of the present invention are: (1) compared with wood, the iron material is more resistant to corrosion and can be used for a longer time; {2) the iron material has a heavier weight and is more stable in the mud; (3) the pile has four layers of circular sheets fixed by means of reinforcing steel bars, and can withstand greater tension; and (4) the circular sheets have different positions each time, and thus the pile bears force more uniformly and is more stable.
Piling system: The piling system is made of an iron material, and is divided into three sections, with a total length of 6 m and a wall thickness of 5 mm, in which the upper section is a hollow circular iron tube, the middle section is a hollow thick iron tube, and the lower section is a hollow long iron rod, high-pressure water being sprayed from the piling system to impact the bottom sediment to accelerate the driving of iron piles.
The advantages of the piling system are:
(1) the iron material is durable and has a heavy welght, so it is easier to drive the iron pile down; {2) water outlets are provided around the lower end, such that after the upper section 1s connected to a water inlet device, high-pressure water jets can be sprayed from the lower end to wash away the sediment around the bottom material; (3) the overall length is 6 m, and can be adjusted according to the actual situation to meet the requirements of piling in different water depths; and {4) after completing one piling, the pile and the piling system can be separated, and the system can be used repeatedly.
The foregoing is merely the preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention in any form.
Any simple amendment, equivalent variation and modification made to the above embodiment in accordance with the technical essence of the present invention fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
